Description
When working with the German language interface the dates (birthday / registration) are not displayed correctly. In French the date is displayed as 06/03/174, in English it is displayed as 1974-03-06 but in German all I get is J-Mar-CET. The age is displayed correctly in all languages.

We've talked about ths issue by email about one month ago; problem is a mistake in the German translation.
You've translated "Y-m-d" (2018-03-22) with "J-M-T" (J-Mar-CET) instead of "d.m.Y" (http://php.net/manual/fr/function.date.php).
