That's maybe a little more complex :/ I've just tested on demo (1.1.5), with a payment type named quo"ted with French as default language.

Link from the UI is https://demo.galette.eu/dynamic-translations/quot"ed and does not work. Replacing the escaped quote (https://demo.galette.eu/dynamic-translations/quot"ed) works, trnaslations are stored and correctly used.
