Description
Il s'agit d'une Galette v0.7.4dev(nightly) installée sous Xampp 1.8.1 (Php 5.4.7, MySql 5.5.27)

Pour avoir eu exactement le même problème lors d'un test de mise à jour hier, je crains que ce soit encore le #523 qui fait des siennes :/
De mon côté, recharger la page a suffit pour terminer l'installation ; au pire, l'instance devrait être active et il devrait suffire d'utiliser le bouton de réinitialisation des champs (plugin admintools) pour que tout rentre dans l'ordre.

Ca n'a pas fonctionné pour moi. La table galette_preferences est restée résolument vide.

Certes mais sans accès possible. J'ai pris les valeurs de cette table dans une version 0.7.3.2 et j'ai pu effectivement accéder à Galette avec les droits Superadmin. Mais il a été impossible de s'auto-inscrire ou d'inscrire un adhérent (pages quasi vides).

Presque ;) En première approche, je n'ai pas de valeurs pour Titre.
Hm! Je croyais la table pré-remplie...
L'ajout d'un titre n'a pas fonctionné :
(et il y a une petite coquille dans le message d'alerte).
Mais quand on corrige le nom du champ, ça marche ! :)

S'il s'agit d'une nouvelle installation ; il restait en effet une coquille que j'ai corrigée de mon côté, mais pas commité encore ;)

Gnierf, j'y ai pas pensé à celle là :-/
Il n'existe pas de système de traduction pour les titres actuellement (voir #505) ; il va donc falloir que je fasse en sorte qu'il soient dans la bonne langue à l'installation.

Après le commit f9815db360cdce4b08943fa735651ff4a2dbb676, l'installation se déroule sans difficulté particulière bien que les logs affichent encore une erreur :

Une réinstallation avec la nightly du 9.2.2013 confirme le commentaire ci-dessus. Logs identiques.
En revanche, la page d' auto-inscription, la page Ajouter un adhérent et la page Réinitialiser la configuration des champs (Outils Admin) sont blanches.

Héhé, ouais, je l'ai eue hier celle là ; mais je bossais sur autre chose, j'ai pas commité le correctif encore :)
Pour l'erreur qui persiste à l'installation, je vais essayer de reproduire.
Une réinstallation après le Commit ecea8fdf00f95e65cf40cd61846bdc02788063b2 de la v0.7.4dev et le Commit 2bb60739a83b34b4300487c55ccac0e5a8126c45 du plugin AdminTools règle tout excepté l'erreur à l'installation dans les logs :
